Dear friends of Darin. It has been a while since I have last posted on this site. There has been a silent war that we have been fighting for over a year now. Or brother Darin is a valiant warrior and he continues to hold fast to the faith that we all trust in, and the God and father of our Lord who will not deny him victory over this matter.
For several months now Darin's appeal attorney has continued to use his lawful skills to defend our brother. So much so that the Sixth Circuit court of appeals looked over Darin's initial appeal to the Appellate court and 2 of the 3 appellate judges agreed with the appeal argument. But one judge needed further clarification as to why the lower court made certain rulings; rulings which came into question. Well, the lower court has responded to the Sixth Circuit court of Appeals with its argument (Order) and now we are awaiting the final say over this whole matter. Once again, none of us anticipated this journey for Darin and his family. For all of them, the cost and toll has not been without much challenge but God IS faithful and has made a way for them, through the faithful.
I am asking again for you, the faithful, to take a stand once again for
brother Darin. This is a season of remembering, receiving, and blessing. The season to which is a beautiful reflection of what God has
given to us in the gift of his Son. And it is in that continued giving spirit
that we all continue to remember the McAllisters. The greatest present we could
give to them is for them to have their father, husband, companion, provider, and
security home with them all. Just as we all would want for ourselves.I have assured him that we will step forward and do our part to help offset this end cost. The flat fee for this final argument is $3500.00 This covers the attorneys airfare and all legal fees. That’s it.
